GROUP FITNESS
There’s something for EVERYONE in our Group Exercise Classes. Certified Instructors lead classes for anyone from beginner to well advanced. All classes are included in YMCA Membership!
We offer tons of different group fitness classes! Ages 12 and older are permitted in group fitness classes if space allows. Parents must stay in class with the youth.
YMCA360 on demand and live group exercise classes are available to members HERE.
GYMNASIUM
Our gymnasiums are available for basketball, pickleball, family fun and so much more throughout the year. We use the space for our various Y activities including Summer Camp and Youth Sports.
- Open daily to members and guests, however, on Sundays, the gym is available to members only.
- Due to various Y activities, the gymnasium schedule changes frequently.

AQUATICS
Swimming at the Y helps people thrive – in and out of the water. Swim lessons provide the opportunity to set goals and achieve success, learn water safety and enjoy swimming as a form of exercise.
Through swim lessons, open swim, lap swim and more, the Barbara Bauer Briggs Family YMCA provides a safe environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
