Joining Fee (one-time, non-refundable) | $50 |
Household: Two adults and as many children within the same household | $78 |
Single Parent Family: One adult and as many children within the same household | $66 |
Adult: 25 and older | $56 |
Senior Couple: Two adults both being 65 and older | $60 |
Senior: 65 and older | $40 |
Young Adult: 18-24 year olds | $40 |
Teen: 12-17 year olds* | $32 |
*There is a 4-hour time limit per day for youth and teens to be in the facility. See Teen and Youth Policy for additional information.

Insurance Funded
Memberships based on insurance are available. This includes fitness plans with Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Active & Fit, Blue Cross, Humana and more. Once enrolled in your specific fitness plan, bring your insurance card to our Front Desk and we can confirm eligibility. Contact us at 361-575-0511 for more information.
Corporate Membership
Financial Assistance
The Y is committed to providing financial assistance to those who cannot afford the full price of Y membership or programs. That’s the purpose of the Friend of Youth Annual Campaign. All Annual Campaign funds remain in our local community, giving children and families an opportunity to get involved in Y programs.
Financial Assistance covers Membership and all Y Programs. If approved, assistance expires every 6 months and members are required to re-apply in writing, or they will be moved to a regular priced plan. Members must complete our Financial Assistance application and provide financial documentation for consideration.
